Quality Assurance
The Faculty of Business Administration is one of three academic bodies that is shaped by a set of guidelines provided by the University Quality Assurance Policy (UQAP). The Framework aims to assure having a strategy, policy and a set of procedures that sustain consistency of implementation of quality standards of the majors and awards as well as devising schemes of continuous improvement of the quality of teaching, support and public information.
Students unsatisfied or have a dispute with valid reasons for a decision of an Assessment Subcommittee may appeal in accordance with the Procedures of Appeal that involves filling in a formal Notification of Appeal Form.
A copy of the Procedures of Appeal Form can be obtained from the Faculty Assistant. You should take into consideration that matters of academic judgment remain an entitlement of the Assessment Subcommittee.
Students who may feel that the Faculty and University have not delivered the expected service, they may have the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the Academic Affairs Policies. The process of University’s complaints procedure involves submitting a formal Complaint Form.
You should take notice that discussing a complaint with a relevant member of University staff such as Course Coordinator, or Chair of Program is encouraged.
