This program of study is a must nowadays. The fundamental reason of existence of all sorts of organizations is based on the appropriate preparation of the human resources. The staff of an organization is the most valuable asset. Managing people with an appropriate knowledge shall guarantee sustainability.
Students of this program shall be inducted, trained and educated on the foundations of contemporary human resources covering the necessary theory, applications, tools and techniques. Graduates shall be ready to work in the field using their critical mind to analyze and contain any situation related to the human asset of the organization. Moreover, graduates of this program are ready to pursue both higher academic programs of study and professional certification.
To graduate with a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources Management, a student must complete 99 credits, including general university requirements (21 credits); business core requirements (36 credits); major requirements (27 credits), and free (9 credits) and technical (6 credits) electives.
