The Bachelor of Science (BS) degree offered by the Faculty of Business Administration capitalizes on a set of vibrant programs delivered by experts and professionals in the field and supported by a highly qualified academic team.
You shall acquire and develop critical and analytical skills to support and enable your entrepreneurial and managerial competencies and their forms of influence on the work environment of a company or its divisional units.
You are presented with the opportunity to learn all the functions of management namely: planning, organizing, leading and controlling (implementing, monitoring and reviewing) in an integrated Business Administration framework, creating thus an environment of effectiveness and efficiency in both private and public sectors.
You are coached to create your semester-based projects in the field of specialization to test and integrate your abilities and competencies in constructing an entrepreneurial ethos in any future working environment whether in accounting, banking and finance, economics, human resources management, information technology and management systems, international business, management, and marketing.
When you graduate with a degree in one of the FBA Majors, you are enabled to understand, evaluate and put into practice the functions of management in their social, economic, cultural and professional environments; you shall be able to engage with key concepts and theoretical frameworks related to success factors in the business growth, and you shall have a more sophisticated understanding of the business competitive environment; while at the same time become competent ethically and responsibly in the business-related practices.
Any of the FBA degrees offered shall train you to develop good teamwork, interpersonal, networking and communication skills to formulate your competencies as required to succeed and excel. Moreover, degrees enable you to develop the capacity of reflective practice that induces productive engagement with the local and global real world cases.
The combination of knowledge and organizational skills shall inevitably equip you with indispensable contemporaneous tools, techniques, and methods for a range of jobs in the private or public industries or for continued graduate studies.
