University lecturer and researcher. Earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Lebanese University. His Master and Doctorate degrees in Education Psychology were earned from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, USA. 

He has more than 25 years of experience in university education in the USA and Lebanon. Participated in tens of conferences and workshops in Lebanon, the region and internationally. Has written tens of research projects and scientific refereed journal articles in the fields of education psychology, quality of high education, reforms in high education, and consultancy in psychology. His experience is in vocational and educational consultancy, membership in scientific committees in the Lebanese University, as well as his participation in many international conferences and professional interviews in the Media locally and regionally.
