1. Develop training plans that meet the needs of the university, public and private institutions, and individuals in the community.
2. Enhance the proficiency of interested parties, fostering the development of their knowledge and capabilities by offering a diverse range of programs, courses, and training workshops.
3. Utilize the available human and technical resources within the university across various knowledge domains. Establish partnerships, exchange experiences, and share information with similar centers in Lebanon and around the world.
