These competencies include mastering the required knowledge content in Arabic language curricula for the first and second cycles, planning teaching and learning processes, selecting suitable teaching and learning methods and activities, utilizing appropriate teaching aids and educational technology, and understanding the principles of growth and learning psychology. Additionally, they analyze and evaluate educational curricula, assess the outcomes of teaching and learning, and apply these outcomes for performance improvement.
Furthermore, it involves wise interaction with learners, parents, and colleagues and adherence to the ethics of the teaching profession.
