BA in Teaching Diploma

This program prepares students for teaching the Arabic language in the first and second cycles of primary education. Throughout the three preparatory years, students acquire the competencies required for the teaching profession.

These competencies include mastering the required knowledge content in Arabic language curricula for the first and second cycles, planning teaching and learning processes, selecting suitable teaching and learning methods and activities, utilizing appropriate teaching aids and educational technology, and understanding the principles of growth and learning psychology. Additionally, they analyze and evaluate educational curricula, assess the outcomes of teaching and learning, and apply these outcomes for performance improvement.

Furthermore, it involves wise interaction with learners, parents, and colleagues and adherence to the ethics of the teaching profession.

This program is learner-centered, with all activities, exercises, and applications related to the curriculum.

Details about the Teaching Diploma:

Teaching Language	Arabic and English
Duration of the Program /Study	One Year
Educational System	The system follows the American credit system, which is a semi-annual system consisting of two main semesters: Fall and Spring. Courses are typically allocated from 1 to 4 credits per course, or from 1 to 4 credit hours (each credit hour covering 15 classroom hours).
