An accomplished lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Sciences. With a passion for computer science, I have dedicated my career to advancing knowledge through teaching, research, and academic services.
I hold a PhD degree in Computer Sciences from Birmingham City University, UK, in 2019 and Master’s degree from the Lebanese University in Information and Decision Support Systems in 2014. My PhD project introduces an agent-based model to simulate occupants’ energy consumption in a household and assess interventions to reduce energy wastage.
My research aims to propose system models to solve interdisciplinary real-world problems in a context-aware environment such as energy consumption and IoT. My research work has been published in academic journals and presented at international conferences.
In addition to my research, I am committed to mentoring the next generation of computer scientists. I have established experience in teaching fundamental programming courses, theoretical foundations of computers, and mobile applications development. In addition to actively supervising students in their capstone projects.
