Since 1991, he has worked in the field of education in many educational institutions, moving in many tasks, including: training trainers in professional guidance and counseling, teaching courses in the field of Islamic philosophy, Islamic civilization, comparative philosophy, epistemology and logic, research and thinking methods, and training Undergraduates on life skills, lifelong learning, citizenship education and other essential topics for university graduates.
He also worked in scientific research in the field of Islamic and philosophical studies, and wrote articles in several magazines and periodicals, including: The Good Word, Al-Ghadeer, in addition to participating in some educational, guidance, philosophical, and Islamic conferences.
He published many intellectual books, including: The Human Soul according to Ibn Sina, The Human Soul according to Sadr al-Din al-Shirazi, and The Levels of Knowledge and the Pyramid of Existence according to Mulla Sadra: A Comparative Study with Western Philosophers.
In many educational institutions, he supervised the writing of textbooks related to scientific and vocational guidance and counseling, in addition to establishing information banks about professions and universities in Lebanon and the world.
In many educational institutions, he supervised the preparation of professional counselors and advisors.
He participated in discussion committees for master’s theses in some universities in Lebanon.
He worked as a consultant for the International Labor Organization (ILO) in adapting the International Occupational Guide to the Lebanese Occupational Guide issued by the National Employment Institution - the Lebanese Ministry of Labor.
He supervised the program for preparing professional mentors through UNRWA
Prepared a project for guidance and training for graduates entering the labor market for the first time through the World Bank and the Ministry of Labor.
