A Seminar on Soft & Interpersonal Skills for MIT Graduates

The Information Technology and Management Systems Department (MIT) at the Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University organized, on Thursday, May 20, 2021, a virtual seminar entitled: "Soft and Interpersonal Skills Needed in the MIT Field".

Human Resources expert and trainer Dr. Abdo Zughaib spoke extensively about the most importantly soft and interpersonal skills required in all MIS jobs and fields that support and complement the technical skills of graduates. The trainer focused on how these skills are acquired and developed and indicated the importance of consolidating and updating them constantly.

During the seminar, students posed questions and inquiries which the trainer handled in detail, referring to numerous practical cases, examples, and statistics.
