“Digital Transformation: Uni. Students’ Future Career” seminar

The Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University hosted virtually a webinar on “Digital Transformation: the Required Competencies for university students’ Future Career”, presented by the President of Lebanese Association for IT Professionals, Dr. Rabih Baalbaki, on December 14, 2020.

Dr. Baalbaki thoroughly explained the severe impact that digital transformation has on the workplace, and how the digital technology is now used to re-engineer organizational structures, business processes, and clients’ experiences. He highlighted the most needed digital, electronic, and technical skills that today’s students must acquire to excel in the ever-changing market. These skills give graduates the opportunity to compete for prestigious jobs, and to maintain a competitive advantage by distinguishing themselves from other graduates.
