The Head of Accounting Department in the Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University participated in the International Conference on Accounting and Finance, which was held virtually in Hong Kong throughout Wednesday and Thursday, July 28 and 29, 2021. 

The conference is considered one of the most important international conferences in accounting and finance and gathers more than 80 international accounting and financial pioneers and leaders, specialists, and academics. 

During the conference, Dr. Hassan Rkein presented his paper that included his demonstration and vision of preparedness mechanisms and how to develop the accounting profession in the digital era.

In addition to this research paper, Dr. Rkein moderated another scientific discussion session that addressed the reasons and importance of keeping up to date with the latest digital developments targeting professionals who want to move to the epoch of technology.

More than a thousand accounting and financial professionals from all over the world attended the conference.
