Global Journal "JBTP" Publishes the SP of HR Students at MU
The senior graduation project of Human Resources Students at the Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University was published as a paper in the refereed “Journal of Business Theory and Practice”.
The global JBTP, which adopts double-blind peer-review on scholarly research and practical experience of a wide range of research areas within the general field of business, published the paper (http://www.scholink.org/ojs/index.php/jbtp/article/view/3596 ) entitled “The Incremental Effect of Students' Engagement, over and above Emotional Intelligence, on Students' Academic Achievement,” on January 8, 2021.
The research paper is based on the senior graduation project of MU HR students: Mariam Hashem, Zahraa Reslan, and Fadl Shaito.
The peer reviewed project was supervised by the Faculty Assistant Dean, Dr. Ali Dirani, and came in collaboration with Dr. Manal Khalil and Professor Hussein Hejase.
The paper provides insights on the incremental effect of students' engagement, academic achievement, over and above emotional intelligence and calls for higher education institutions and policy makers to provide and/or adjust their academic and non-academic activities to reinforce constructive and productive students' experiences.
