Job Analysis Workshop for HR and Management Students

Al Maaref University Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) organized a training workshop for students specializing in Human Resources and Management. The workshop focused on job analysis, job description, and competency-based interviewing methodology. The event took place on Friday, March 1, 2024, at the university campus (Building C) in Beirut, led by the specialized and accredited HR trainer, Joe Shahwan.

Throughout the entire day, students received intensive training on theoretical principles and methodological aspects of the competency-based system. The training covered its impact on job analysis, job descriptions, and Competency-Based Interviews (CBI). The trainer explained numerous examples and practical applications, presenting various local, regional, and global models in the field. The interactive atmosphere engaged students and working teams alike.

This training initiative aligns with the academic programs offered by the Faculty in a series of workshops across various specializations. It aims to enhance students' skills, increase their success opportunities in the job market, and keep them abreast of daily developments in the field.
