Latest on “AI & Machine Learning” Explained in MU Webinar

The Faculty of Science at Al Maaref University hosted on Thursday, December 9, 2021, a seminar entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” delivered by Dr. Mubarak Mohammad, an Associate Professor at Concordia University-Canada Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering.

In the presence of MU’s Vice-President and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Jalal Jomaa, as well as a group of faculty members, the seminar was also conducted via the “GoToWebinar” application and followed up by students from the Faculties of Engineering and Sciences.

The lecture reflected the importance of being up-to-date with emerging technologies and its implications on the business, expanding the students’ knowledge about artificial intelligence and machine learning providing them with better job opportunities.

It also highlighted the importance of AI applications in addressing challenges and solving real-life problems.
