The Faculty of Business Administration at Al Maaref University organized the third webinar from the Human Resources webinar series on Thursday, December 2, 2021, entitled “Mapping Employee Journey for Better Experience: Mobile Systems International (MSI) Case”.
The webinar, featuring Group Human Resources Director at Mobile Systems International (MSI) Consultancy Ltd, Khaled Tayara, was held via GoToMeeting web-hosted service which encompassed an interactive exchange of questions and answers between the students and the lecturer.
The featured speaker centered on how the institution maps the employee’s journey and stages leading up to the rise of experience during the job throughout training and development procedures that are key to retention in the institution which would grant the employee an opportunity to enjoy a better experience.
During the webinar, Tayara pointed out the agile methodology of qualitative data assessment to employees’ experience which, if designed by institutions, would make the most of talent and outside teams, avoid overload and burnout, avert potential disruptions, and achieve objectives better and faster. Such an approach helps project teams achieve objectives through clear targets, sprints, and short time frames, contributing to a boundless institutional brand image.
Tayara presented MSI's business experience in applying the aforementioned approach to improve the employee’s journey in the company, creating competitive advantage and effectiveness.
