MU Clubs meet the political researcher Dr. Bilal Al-Lakkis

“Al-Manbar” Club at Al Maaref University organized a seminar entitled "Youth Talk", in which it hosted the political researcher, Dr. Bilal Al-Lakkis, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, on the University campus, in the presence of the MU Clubs.

During the seminar, Al-Lakkis praised "the role of Al Maaref University in building the personality of the youth, and contributing in changing society and public opinion," recommending that students must "carry the dream they are convinced of, and work tirelessly for".

Al-Lakkis also referred to words in the noble book Nahj al-Balaghah, stating the necessity of “taking these words into consideration, including his saying: “So that they may follow the covenant of His instinct,” meaning that the prophets call upon people to work and recognize the covenant of instinct that was deposited into mankind. Since God Almighty has asked human beings to be free, to live a life of justice and goodness ".

"We neglect the blessing of existence, the blessing of health, the blessing of reason, and the blessing of good morals that God has deposited in human nature. Humans forget these blessings, and prophets remind people of them, and reveal the truth to us," he said stressing that "explaining and clarifying are the most important duties of prophets."

The guest ended the seminar by saying, "The mind that has no knowledge to guidance cannot comprehend the truth as it is without the guidance of the prophets."
