MU Crowns the Best Research Contest Winners
Al Maaref University’s Faculty of Religions and Human Sciences (FRH) organized an award ceremony for the winners of the "My Culture, My Identity" competition, recognizing the best research projects in the General Culture, Social Culture, and Contemporary Issues courses. The event took place on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the university campus (Block A) in Beirut, with the presence of the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Fadi Nasser, as well as members of the academic and administrative staff and students.
Following the recitation of the Quran and the Lebanese national anthem, the dean delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of this competition and its role in strengthening the distinguished educational level of students and promoting a culture of creativity and innovation among them.
A total of 85 outstanding research projects competed for the top positions in three categories: Video, Written Text, and PowerPoint, and the results were as follows:

- 1st Place: Student Zahraa Harb
- 2nd Place: Student Fatima Habash
- 3rd Place: Student Malak Mustafa
Written Text Category:
- 1st Place: Student Zeina Al Yaman
- 2nd Place: Student Fatima Faqih
- 3rd Place: Student Hussein Mortada
PowerPoint Category:
- 1st Place: Student Zainab Hammoud
- 2nd Place: Student Nagham Salama
- 3rd Place: Student Fatima Assi
In conclusion, the winners presented their research projects, and the event concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation and cash prizes to the winners.
