MU Orients Grade-12 Students Virtually, More to Come

The Student Affairs Office (SAO) at Al Maaref University (MU) held several online orientation meetings (on January 12, 19, 2021) as part of its plan to guide and assist school students on several topics of interest.

Choosing a major, knowing about MU faculties and registration process, were some of those topics that were tackled during the meetings. School representatives expressed their satisfaction on this fundamental initiative towards grade twelve students who are in real need for such orientation.

MU faculties participated in some of these online meetings. They acquainted students about the different existing majors in each faculty. Students showed great interest in these online gatherings and shared their views and ideas during the interactive session. They even asked to be invited to such meetings that may help them define their future career personalities and understand more about the challenges they are about to face regarding the choice of a major and a university.

SAO intends to extend these online meetings to more schools in Beirut and other regions in the upcoming weeks and months.
