"Supply Chain Management” & “Time Management” Workshops
Within the framework of the training program in accordance with the remote training policy, the Human Resources Management department at Al-Maaref University organized two training workshops during the month of June. The first workshop, entitled “Supply Chain Management”, was presented by Mr. Raed Dagher, the Director of Procurement and Maintenance department, and the second one, entitled “Time Management”, was presented by Dr. Hussein Nasser, the Director of the Student Affairs Department.
The first workshop aimed to introduce the participants to the basic principles of supply chains, types and assets, in addition to the organizational and strategic coordination processes of the normal business functions, and the planning of these functions within the organization in order to develop long-term enterprise performance. The workshop also discussed ways to address inventory security, improve resource management continuity and achieve quality in terms of cost and time.
On the other hand, the second workshop aimed to introduce the participants to successful ways of controlling time and managing time for long-term projects and objectives for enterprises, interacting in effective ways with wasting time, focusing on preventing and addressing problems at the lowest possible cost and time, as well as introducing them to the steps of delegation process and its benefits, and the way of renewing and developing professional and personal goals continuously.
