The “Basma” Club: "We Only Have Each Other"

On Monday and Wednesday, 13 and 15 February 2023, the "Basma" club at Al Maaref University organized a voluntary fundraising initiative under the title "We Only Have Each Other" to help people affected in Syria as a result of the recent devastating earthquake.

For two full days, the students carried out a campaign at the university’s campus to collect material and in-kind donations, from clothes, shoes and other essential needs.

It is reported that this initiative is part of the voluntary activities of the "Basma" Club, a social service club at the University.
