THE GHOBEIRY MUNICIPALITY DELEGATION’S VISIT TO FoE and FoS

Al Maaref University received a delegation from the municipality of Ghobeiry, headed by the mayor of the municipality, Mr. Maan Khalil, on Monday, Nov 2, 2020.

The delegation was received by the Vice President and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Jalal Jomaa confines department heads and some instructors at the faculty.

The meeting focused on ways of joint cooperation between the university and the municipality to launch and implement multi-disciplinary scientific projects, particularly in the field of computer science and remote data transfer, which directly benefit the community service.

It is noteworthy that this meeting comes within the framework of continuing cooperation between the two parties, as the university has previously conducted several tests and measurements in the field of civil engineering in its laboratories equipped with the latest technologies and upon the municipality’s request.
