General Services Directorate
The General Services Directorate, with its unique and distinct job to serve the university mission and vision, aims to provide, both students and staff, with what it takes to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient learning environment.
The General Services Directorate provides, and continues to develop, different services to Al Maaref University buildings, facilities, and works to maintain security and protection at all levels to ensure a suitable environment for students, teachers and staff in alignment with the overall mission of Al Maaref University.
The General Services Directorate consists of many departments and units: Buildings Management, Photocopying Office, Maintenance Unit, Guards Unit, Mail Unit, Drivers Unit, Information Unit, Hospitality Unit, and Cleaning Unit.
In addition to the above departments, the Directorate is responsible for the First Aid Room, Prayer Room, Parking, Football Playground, Planting and Lost and Found Items.
Photocopying Office
Students buy books and print documents.
Main Campus, Second Floor (North).
Lost and Found
Students who lose any personal belonging or find any item report to the security officer at the gate of the main campus.
First Aid Room
Students who get sick or injured go to the First Aid Room in the main campus to get the appropriate medication or help.

Guards Unit
The main job of the security officers is to provide safety to all people on campus especially students.

Outside Parking
Students can monthly subscribe to park their cars in outside the university parking.

Students book the football playground one week ahead from the date of the game.

Prayer Room
Prayer room for men is on the ground floor at the exterior playground. As for the Prayer room for women, it is located on the (-1) floor next to the Media Lab.
