Last week of June 2018, in cooperation with New Horizons Learning Center, the Human Resources Directorate at Al Maaref University organized a Microsoft Project course under the direction of Vera Boyadjan, a technology and software specialist with more than 34 years of training experience.

The members of the academic faculties and administrative directorates and departments participated in the course. The main objectives were to manage the list of tasks by dividing them into activities and defining the dependencies among them. 

The course provided an opportunity for the staff to apply a range of project-related skills on time and financial planning, human and financial resources management, and funding management. 

The monitoring processes were discussed details, particularly attending on progress status and the measures that could be taken to tackle all unexpected arising incidents in the project. 

At the close of the session, participants received certificates of recognition on their dedication and achievements from the New Horizons company.
