On the instructions of the President of Al Maaref University, the Vice President of Quality and Development and Dean of the Faculty of Business Dr Hussein Hijazi, the Secretary General of the University and University Legal Affairs Consultant, Dr Ali Ghosn paid a visit on Thursday 13 July 2017 at 10 am to the Director of Basil Fleyhan Institute for Finances, Mrs Lamia Al Bissat on a mission to find out the contours of inter-institutional collaboration. The meeting involved introducing the nature and strategies of both the Institute and University, where the former had mentioned the possible services that can be provided to the University students by opening the doors of the offline and online library facilities to carry out research as well as project-based teachings.

 As well, the Director of the Institute welcomed the idea of hosting a group of three students in their final second year for an internship in the domain of private and public financed.

 It was also agreed on providing the university with all the relevant publications of the Institute as well as to list the University in the e-mail communication of the Institution. Mrs Lamia and University’s members stressed the importance of sustaining the communication between the Institute and Al Maaref University due to its importance in exchanging the latest services that benefit the public and private sectors in Lebanon.
