As part of a series of “Excellence and Creativity" lectures, run by the Faculty of Mass Communication and Fine Arts at Al Maaref University, Mr Ali Mohammed, a human resources specialist from the Association of Human Resources Management in Lebanon, met the faculty students on Friday 3/11/2017. The meeting was an indispensable opportunity for students to provide them with the best techniques for selecting a right career path that secures a place in the job market.

The session highlighted the job interview and was an opportunity for Mr Mohamed to conveyed his practical experience in the field of human resources management.

Mr Mohamed explained the preparations and the necessary advice before doing any interview and what are the primary points that should be addressed during the interview. He stressed on the idea that the win-win situation resides in the first 20 words, the first 20 movements, first moments of body language impressions. He also noted that there should be prominent questions to be asked, in addition to the scientific methods that help the candidate to win the job interview.
