Al Maaref University hosted more than 40 students from Al-Sabah Public Secondary School for Boys at its campus on Thursday, 15 March 2018, in the framework of guiding students to choose their appropriate future major.

This visit comes as a one of many that MU welcomes from time to time, in cooperation with the Department of Secondary Schools to encourage students and help them determine their future and achieve their goals.

The Student Affairs Directorate welcomed the students in the main building, before directing them to the Auditorium, where they were introduced to the university, its mission, objectives, academic systems, faculties, specialties, premiums and scholarships, and student clubs activities.

After that, the students met the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences Dean, Dr. Jalal Jomaa, at the faculties’ campus, near the main University campus, to know more about their future requirements to secure a university registration and admission. 

Accompanied by Mr. Mortada Hmada, the students had a tour through the various laboratories.  After the students' tour, souvenirs were distributed to them while having their breakfast with the Dean and the Student Affairs Directorate.

In the end, students had an opportunity to take memorable photos in the vicinity of the university.
