Open Day at MU
The University Student Clubs conducted several engaging and aspirational competitions, the Faculty of Business administration launched a set of accounting and financial challenges, the Faculty of Mass Communications and Fine Arts led the production of TV and Radio lived-experiences, the Faculty of Religions and Humanities established an agora for discussing philosophical and religious issues related to the contemporary world, and the Department of Translation and Languages ran translation and language-related quizzes.
Each of the above events had prize winners who expressed their competencies and readiness for venturing the university life. As well, many students had an opportunity to scrutinize the cutting-edge laboratories for engineering and sciences, where students observed the Course Instructors' demonstrations intently on the range of study specialism and future career horizons and applications.
During the day, the students had a free hand to visit a number of university's facilities, classrooms, laboratories, auditorium, computer labs, media lab, and library. The students also met the Faculty Deans and their Assistants. They learned about the university's fields of specialism and services, accompanied by members of the Directorate of Student Affairs and the University Ushers who spoke about their experience in the University.
In conclusion, the students not only met together for breakfast, but also had expressed their happiness for spending the day at the university as well as had shown interest and appreciation for the excellent support the university had, and this had prompted them to write their unforgettable memories on the University's Register.
