Within the series of specialized lectures held by the Faculty of Engineering at Al Maaref University, a seminar entitled "Cyber Security Defense: From Moving Target Defense to Cyber Deception" was delivered by Professor Jie Wu, from Temple University, USA on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019.

The attendees included professors and students of the Faculties of Engineering and Science, in addition to professors and researchers from other universities and institutes. The Vice President and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Pro. Jalal Jomaa welcomed the Prof. Wu, accompanied by the Assistant Dean and the computer engineering department Chairman.

In the meeting, the two parts examined the ways for academic and research cooperation and the possibility to hold a broad agreement between the two universities.

At the end of the lecture, the Vice President handed the University Medal to the Professor Wu and thanked him for his efforts and his response to the university's invitation.
