The Lebanese Society Science honors the Vice President of mu

The Lebanese Association for the Advancement of Science (LAAS) honored the Vice President of Al Maaref University and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Professor Jalal Jomaa for his outstanding scientific career and his contribution to the advancement and development of science in Lebanon. The Minister Pierre Raffoul, representing the Lebanese President, and Professor Naim Awaini, the President of the Association, handed in an honorary shield for Prof. Jomaa during the 24th LAAS Conference that was held at the Balamand University on 25 and 26 April 2018. The conference this year had a significant number of academic participants from a range of Lebanese universities, where they had a chance to present their work and compete on winning the prize for the best research for the year 2018.
