Cultural meeting held on the Anniversary of the Birth of Imam Mahdi (pb)

In the anniversary of the birth of Imam Mahdi, the Faculty of Religions and Humanities at Al Maaref University held a cultural meeting with the Head of Al-Thaqaleyn Foundation, Sayed Abdul Karim Fadlallah, under the title " The Role of University Students in the Preparation for Imam Mahdi's Just Governance" on the 10 May 2018, at the University campus in Beirut,. The meeting was attended by a number of religious, cultural, academic members including professors and students.

The cultural meeting opened with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran with the voice of the student Mehdi Chamouni. Then the Dean's assistant, Dr. Kamal Lezzeiq delivered a speech in which he welcomed the audience and blessed them for this wonderful occasion.

The meeting moderator, Dr. Ali Fadlallah, a Course Instructor, at Al Maaref university addressed the keynote speaker, Sayed Fadlallah, with audience's questions about our contemporaneous responsibilities towards the Return of Imam Mahdi. 

Subsequently, Mr. Hussain Za'ayter and his band chanted lyrics related to Imam Mahdi's birth commemoration creating an atmosphere filled with joy and pleasure.

The cultural meeting ended up in having a farewell gathering that involved cutting the cake and distributing juice among all the attendees.
