On Friday, November 16, 2018, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at Al Maaref University held an introductory meeting at the Beirut campus for its new female students. The meeting involved innovative ice break activities and motivated entertainment that allowed older female students to present their experiences and advice on how to excel in the study without losing balance during university life. 

The meeting was initiated by the Dean's speech, Prof. Hussin Hejase, followed by the presentations of Assistant Dean, Dr. Ali El Dirani, and Head of the Accounting Department, Dr. Hassan Rakein. All of them clarified the best means to adapt with the FBA's journey and the support at more than one level that the faculty members can provide to the students. 

Afterward, students who are about to graduate presented their faculty experience at Al Maaref University in general and in FBA in particular. This was an opportunity to encourage the new students to get involved more into the university life events and activities and to take advantage of the availability of the teaching staff who are prepared to provide the necessary support for them. 

The meeting included several entertaining activities, starting with a short story ("About that country" by Nada Sfeir), and then an entertaining movie entitled "The Boss Baby" which simulates some concepts of the world of management. The meeting was concluded by "I Pledge" activity where the students pledged to do all that is required from them to succeed and excel during the next three years.
