  Despite that Al Maaref University is a newly established higher education institution in Lebanon. During my internship, I had the chance to rotate across various HR functions including: job analysis, recruitment and selection, training and development and compensation and benefits. I had the chance to work on designing training programs such as: "Work-Life Balance” and "Violence at Work".

I have received close supervision and follow up from my advisor at my faculty to get appropriate training and learning. My performance was assessed on a weekly base and I was meeting every week with my advisor to check on my progress.

I really enjoyed my time there and I am very thankful for my faculty for this life changing experiences and I highly encourage all to make the most out of this chance.
